Ewinracing Quality: Ergonomics at its Finest.

First off, I would like to make a Public Service Announcement🗣 to anyone that’s about to make the mistake of buying a

gaming chair from a no-name brand (Like I did). Stop right now🖐🏽. If you take a look at my older YouTube videos, you’ll

notice that I had a gaming chair in the background of my videos. But how silly I was to think that it would be sufficient to last for a

while. You see, Last year when I began Youtubing, I had to get a gaming chair. However, I wanted to be cheap, so I got a no-name

After 7 days, the handles began to Wobble. Moreover, after a Month, the screws began to fall off One by one. And then the

uncomfortable to work with. But after a while, I got tired of suffering and decided to get another one after the New year. TBH, this

was a Blessing🙏🏽 in disguise. Because if not for all the misfortunes I endured, I would never have come across Ewinracing. When

I don’t think everyone needs a Gaming chair in their residence (especially if you’re not a gamer or someone who works from

home)🤷🏽‍♂️. Nonetheless, having one gives you a sense of Pride. Especially when somebody walk’s in and sees something that

stands out from other pieces of furniture littered around your house. And the only place to get one that attracts attention at all

times is from Ewinracing. Moreover, apart from Elite gaming chairs, Ewinracing also offers other equipment such as Gaming

desk & table stands (for those who are really into gaming.) Also, as I stated earlier, it’s very easy to procure a cheap gaming

chair from Amazon or any no-name website. However, it’s just a matter of time before it falls apart🥵 and becomes a Pain to

EWin Knight Series Gaming Chair – 2 Minute Review

With all of us stuck inside because of the current epidemic, we need something to do. Many people have turned to gaming to keep them occupied or hang out with friends. Maybe you’re a seasoned gamer or someone new to the scene, but the odds are that you either have or want a good gaming chair. And chances are, you are also on a budget. If that’s you, plop yourself down in the EWin Knight KTC.

First of all, let’s get one thing straight up front: at A-TECH Gaming, we are picky about gaming chairs. We won’t game in anything that isn’t well-built, solid-feeling and easy-rolling. When EWin reached out and asked us to review their chair, we were skeptical. That being said, the Ewin Knight Series gaming chair has what it takes to make even picky seat-choosers sit up and take notice. (see what we did there? 🙂

The Knight KTC is a very well-made gaming chair with a great level of comfort that still promotes good posture during some of your longer frag sessions. The construction is solid. The shape and coloring are pleasing to the eye, and while the shape is comfortable, it still promotes good health. The wheels are pretty resilient but have an appearance that gives them a racecar feel. Height adjustment is perfect for me at 6’0; at max height the chair is in just the perfect position for my relatively high gaming desk. The back of the chair also leans back to your preferred level of comfort (I prefer to keep it perpendicular to the ground; it keeps me focused and helps me sit straight. The exterior is a comfortable PVC leather, which both looks and feels great. I like how you don’t sink down into the chair like you’re a barge on the Atlantic Ocean, but it still feels comfortable.

The chair also comes with optional neck and lumbar support, to help prevent annoying back or neck pain while gaming for extended periods. The neck support is good, but myself and others I’ve had test agree that the lumbar cushion feels a little too big. The armrests feel good with the perfect amount of cushioning, and they have a nice inner curve to them that fits my arms well. The only issue I have with the armrests is that they don’t swivel like those on the other chair I have, the DXRacer Formula FH11. That’s a pretty minor con, honestly, and it doesn’t bother me enough to notice.

When it comes to assembly, this chair does not shine. The included instructions were not detailed at all and appeared to be for a different model. In the instruction pictures, the chair had the armrests already attached, but on my model, I had to put them on myself. It wasn’t that difficult to figure out, but I can see it being problematic for some people. The bolts were also incredibly greasy, though the included pair of gloves were very helpful with that. But once assembled, the chair feels solid, has a good range of recline positions, rolls well and has a good balance of firmness and comfort.

The price is what may make it an easy decision over similarly equipped gaming chairs. Our beloved DXracer FH11 is currently around $299, while the EWin Knight series, similar in build quality and arguably better in a couple of areas, is currently at $199. A $100 savings certainly makes any minor shortfalls easy to forget!

We Review The Ewinracing Knight Series Gaming Chair

I’ve been writing online for twenty years and man oh man does my ass hurt.

Sedentary jobs are the worst. I’ve done the corporate world for a long time before I started working the online side and it’s the worst. To make matters worse for myself, I’ve not invested in a good office chair for probably a good ten years now. I’m at my desk from usually 5:30 am to 6:00 pm every day writing, watching shows, and occasionally sneaking in a little gaming time when I can get a few minutes to play. And for the past ten years this is EXACTLY what I’ve been sitting on.

Yep, your standard dining room/kitchen chair. With a concession in the past year to a cushion on it simply because I’ve gotten a bit older and I like a little bit of comfort.

So, I’ll admit, when the folks at EwinRacing contacted me about taking a look at one of their computer gaming chairs it was essentially a no-brainer. I’ve had friends that have gotten gaming chairs over the years but because of my size I never really tried them as I didn’t want to damage them in the slightest. So I had no real experience with it. All I had was standard office chair stuff and what you saw above. I’m a creature of habit and when I find something comfortable and that works – which yes, that dining room chair qualified under that – I stuck with it. And for a long time.

What I ended up trying out was an Ewinracing Knight Series chair – with pillows!

Let’s talk specs first because we’ve always been a bit technical:

That’ll mean more to some than others, but the main thing for me was the foam density. This chair is comfortable once you’re in it and getting acclimated to it. More on that in a minute. First, we got our big box which is always fun. We’ve put together a number of office chairs over the years so that was a pretty straightforward experience, taking about 30 minutes overall.

One thing I really appreciated that they sent with this was a pair of PUG gloves. When you do a lot of stuff with gear like this with the nuts and bolts, a simple pair of gloves to keep all the grime off your hands and to get a bit better of a grip is wonderful. They’re not high-end or expensive stuff, they’re designed to be disposable, but it’s the little inclusion like that which goes the distance.

The instructions for the set are largely interchangeable with their entire line but there are differences. The instructions at one point, for example, said to work with the bolts along the bottom to connect the pieces but they’re actually along the side. Again, there aren’t a ton of parts to it and everything is done by working with allen wrenches. So if you’ve put together anything like this a quick read-through, a little eye-balling of the differences, and you’ve got it down pat.

I was really impressed by the overall build quality of the materials. In particular, the bottom part of these things are usually three or maybe four legs but we get five of them here. And it’s not just a husk of plastic, it has some real weight and heft to it with the nice design elements. This piece definitely let me know what I was dealing with compared to your normal chairs.

As I said, thirty minutes of unpacking and getting it together does the job. The chair comes with a semi-hard cushion for lumbar support that I’m still getting used to along with a strap-on head cushion. After going for years in the chair that I had, well, I’m not used to leaning back in a chair at all. Or swiveling!

I’ve spent the past week with the chair and I’m most definitely a convert. As I said, the foam density piece was what I was most interested in and it’s a huge plus considering the amount of time I’m in the chair. With the lower back pillow I can already feel like things are getting better there because I’m more likely to sit upright and lean back, which is definitely better than what I’ve been doing for years.

The other thing that I liked that I haven’t gotten with office chairs before is the two arms with this chair. They’re fairly standard in appearance and feel good when leaning back and just watching something, but the big appeal for me is that they’re height adjustable. Having not used a chair with arms like this for a decade, being able to push them down so they’re more along my thighs instead and out of the way was fantastic. It kept me “in place” and stable nicely but gave me the upper arm motion and movement that I was used to from my armless chair.

I did get to spend one evening playing games while using it instead of my usual daytime activites, spending about four hours playing Cities: Skylines. This is the kind of thing that made me wish I had gaming chairs for years prior to this. It was a lot more enjoyable being able to play leaning forward with ease and smoothness and then to lean back into the chair to watch things run and just observe, something I couldn’t do before.

With both my kids already jealous of this upgrade, I’m definitely glad that I took a chance on this as I know I’ll be adding more down the line.

EWin Knight Series Gaming Chair Review — Your Back Will Thank You

EWin’s Knight Series chair is one of the nicest I’ve ever used in my life and has helped somewhat alleviate the pain that stemmed from using other chairs.

I sit in a chair all day long while I work. For a little over a year now, I’ve mainly used a pretty standard office chair that you could probably buy at any local department store. It’s done the job for the most part, but the longer I’ve used the chair, the more I’ve started to develop some serious back pain. Whether it be from the way I sit or from the chair itself, I’ve started to have more aches and pain over time to the point that sitting all day long while I work has become pretty intolerable. I’ve even gone to see my doctor recently specifically because of these back problems. Getting older is fun, folks.

Anyway, so when EWin Racing reached out to me recently and asked if I’d be interested in reviewing one of their Knight Series Gaming Chairs, I jumped at the opportunity, eager to see if it’d help with any of the stiffness and pain that I had started to develop. After using the chair for a little more than a week at this point, I have to say that the change to EWin’s chair has been greatly beneficial and has made my days of work far more comfortable. While my pain hasn’t magically disappeared, the additional support that it has provided has been greatly beneficial and has proven to me just how vital it is to have a well-made chair.

I think what I’ve liked the most about using this EWin gaming chair is that it’s incredibly sturdy. The back of the chair is fairly firm rather being too squishy or soft like other chairs I’ve used before. While it may seem like softer would be better at first, the sturdiness of EWin’s product has helped support my back much more, especially when I end up sitting for extended periods of time. As a byproduct, I think the firmness of this chair has also helped naturally improve my posture. Rather than slouching or sinking back into my chair now like I used to, this EWin model has somewhat naturally made me sit more upright.

The Knight Series chair also just feels really well put-together from top to bottom. The leather, underlying foam, and most of the other pieces that make up the chair feel like they are of a high-quality. It feels like it has been built to survive the long haul so that even years from now after I’ve sat in it for hundreds or thousands of hours, it’s still going to hold together and remain as sturdy as ever. Obviously this could prove to be untrue the longer I use it, but I’d really be surprised if it wasn’t the case.

Speaking of construction, the act of putting the chair itself together isn’t complex whatsoever. The night it showed up at my apartment, I had it fully constructed in around 30 minutes to an hour. Even though the instructions that came with the packaging weren’t all that specific at times, it wasn’t hard to figure out what pieces needed to go where and how they all bolted together. You don’t need to be a handyman to assemble this thing, so fear not.

While there are a lot of different variants of gaming chairs that you can buy from EWin, the Knight Series comes with two additional pillows. One of these is smaller and is meant to go around the upper portion where your head would naturally sit while the other is to help support your back. The head pillow is pretty much necessary to attach as the upper part of the chair without it is rather uncomfortable for your head and neck when leaning back. The back pillow also isn’t attached to anything on the chair and can freely be moved up and down to support you wherever you feel like you need it the most.

My main criticism of this chair would likely be that of the pillows. While the chair feels like it’s made to last for a long time, both of these pillows feel somewhat cheap. I imagine that a few months from now, both will be pretty flat and won’t offer as much support or comfort as they once did. That’s not necessarily shocking, but considering you can’t buy replacement pillows separately (at least from what I’ve seen online) it does hurt the product as a whole.

Another aspect of the chair I’ve been impressed by comes with its wheels. Whenever you need to move the chair around, it glides fairly seamlessly on all surfaces. The workspace that I spend most of my time at sits on shag carpet, which is probably one of the worst surfaces you can typically use wheeled office chairs on. Fortunately, the EWin chair moves across this carpeted area with ease. And when moving it around on the hardwood floors in my apartment as well, it’s extremely quiet. It feels a bit odd to praise such a small piece of the chair, but these wheels really are great.

Like many other popular gaming chairs nowadays, the EWin Knight Series also has a reclining feature that further allows you to situate yourself how you’d like. You can even recline it all the way back so that you can essentially lie down and sleep in it if you so desired. While I never used it for this purpose myself, it has been nice to be able to feel like I have direct control over how I want the back of my chair to sit. Most other standard office chairs allow you to recline a bit backward, but the back of the chair itself typically always sits upright. Being able to move this aspect now has been a nice feature that I’ve grown to appreciate.

All in all, I have greatly enjoyed using EWin’s Knight Series chair and I’m looking forward to continuing to utilize it as my everyday chair moving forward. Before I got my hands (and butt) on this product, I really didn’t think it mattered too much what kind of chair you sat in as long as it felt comfortable. After using this Knight Series chair for an extended period of time though, I’ve realized how foolish that line of thinking is. If you’re looking to invest in a new gaming or office chair for yourself that will give you quite a bit of support where it matters most, EWin’s Knight Series model is more than worth looking into.

I just love PC Gaming Chairs. I’ve been using EWin chairs in my home and office for almost two years. Typically I stand while I work and sit only while gaming. Believe me folks, as you age, your back begins to ache a lot. I’ve had injuries where I can hardly stand up straight and sitting or laying down are all I can do. I am a guy with many back problems, and the old wooden barstool was not suited for me. There was no support for my back, nor was I able to lean back and relax. It was time for something new. After the countless amount of reviews read throughout the chair industry, I struggled finding “The one.” Taking a second shot browsing, one brand caught my eye. Reading the reviews, the comfort was there, the style was there, and the affordability was right in my budget. Ewin Racing provided me with everything I was looking for. So, I decided to snag one of their Knight Series gaming / office chairs, and man, was I excited.

After about 3 days, a massive package arrived at my door. It felt like Christmas in March, I was so excited. I was immediately astounded at how heavy the package was. It was known then, that this chair was going to be sturdy and well built. I couldn’t believe how well packaged the chair was. Everything was super protected to ensure nothing got damaged. Attached was a beautiful, laminated set of instructions that would walk me through about 20 minutes of easy assembly. They also provided me a nice pair of gloves! Once built, this monster stood out. It blew my mind on how good this gaming chair looked. One thing off my list checked, but does it fulfill my needs in terms of comfortability?

Throwing the barstool to the side, this new beast took its place. As soon as I sat down, I immediately felt like I was thrown on a cloud, it was THAT comfortable. The Ewin Knight Series chair comes with a comfortable head pillow for relaxation and one well designed lumbar support to keep me upright. At any time, I can move the pillow and lumbar support or remove them completely to ensure 100% comfort. Nothing on this chair felt cheap. The adjustable arm rests were well built, as well as the actual frame of the chair. You can easily tell that this gaming chair was built with a lot of TLC.

Now for that price, that is one cheap gaming chair. After a full week with the Knight Series chair, I can easily tell you that I am still as impressed as I was the day it arrived. Now, everything has it’s pros and cons. Here are mine:

Pros: 
Easy to assemble.
Lumbar support.
Very comfortable.
Great product for what you pay for.

Cons:
Arm rests are not padded.
There is no wheel lock as I do roll around a bit.
